Her extensive training in Ayurveda, which she pursued for ten years in India under the mentorship of two renowned Ayurvedic doctors, has shaped her deep understanding of this ancient healing system.
Caroline has taught hundreds of students to become Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultants through renowned institutions such as the Yoga Therapy Institute, Nature Care College, and Health Schools Australia. She has also written extensively on natural health, publishing over 200 articles and authoring several books, including A Woman’s Ayurvedic Herbal, Keys to Calm, and Ageing Well.
