About me
Clare Hattersley is an experienced Yoga Teacher and Creative Development Coach at ‘Inspire Creating’, who thrives on facilitating alchemical transformations for her students, so they can create from their heart in all areas of life. This year, she is also assisting Moira Gordon with planning the Yoga For Good Annual Retreat, to be held in September, on the theme of Yoga and Creativity.
With decades of experience across various yoga styles, Clare teaches Holistic Hatha Yoga with a meditative focus and elements drawn from other traditions.
As a trained art educator and lifelong artist, she has explored creativity throughout her life, and her heart sings when sharing yoga music with others.
An accredited yoga teacher with a three-year yoga teaching diploma from SYA and over 17 years' yoga teaching experience, and member of the IICT, Clare has taught over 1000 yoga classes since 2008, and has been practising yoga for over 30 years.
Clare’s journey has seen her teaching yoga classes, workshops and courses in yoga schools, colleges, universities, corporate institutions, festivals and online, assisting people aged 18 to 80 to maximise their health and wellbeing.
Her live online classes at ‘Inspire Creating’ allow her to bring yoga to people regardless of their location, meaningfully tailoring the sessions to the specific needs of the individual or group with sensitivity and care.
In her classes, Clare nurtures a space where every person can explore their potential, no matter their age or physical condition, sharing the myriad benefits of this ancient practice.
Clare absolutely loves facilitating people’s yoga journeys, to guide them in improving their health in body, mind and spirit.
